Replacement ewe lambs must pass a three step process at Elm Creek Polypay.  Each replacement ewe lamb must pass through three cuts. 

The first cut is based upon NSIP data.  Those making the first cut are then evaluated on their actual weaning weights and post weaning weights.  The final cut is based upon structural correctness.
